By accessing or using COMSDEV's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

COMSDEV provides software development, web development, AI automation, Microsoft 365 solutions, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for information or feedback in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed-upon terms
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. COMSDEV retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-client-specific code in future projects. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and tools remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business strategies, and proprietary data shared during the course of our engagement. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including rates, milestones, and due dates, will be specified in the project agreement. Late payments may result in project suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

COMSDEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
